The Skiers Lodge is an independently owned and run family business by Ayse & Pelle Onol-Lang.
We organize everything so that you can enjoy your ski vacation. We bring together a diverse range of people from all over the world, all religious backgrounds, and all ages.
We have a personal interest in making your ski week the most memorable and fun ever.
The common bond is the desire to ski the best runs around and have fun. Our Hotel (Hotel des Alpes) at an 1450 m altitude in the village of La Grave is only 3 minutes walk to the lift and was one of the first hôtels that opened in 1898, and became an historic place to stay for early mountaineering pioneers who came to conquer the summits and seek new challenges.
We wish to cater to only 30 guests a week, who during a week’s vacation, wish to enjoy a life-time experience of off-piste skiing within a very cozy, friendly and comfortable standard accommodation. Already on the first evening one meets the other friendly guests and the next day one starts sharing the adventure spirit with the lodge story tellers, spills and thrills.
Summer at the Bikers Lodge
In summer, the Lodge opens from mid-June to mid-September to accommodate cyclists, mountain bikers and other outdoor enthusiasts.
The Lodge
Already the first evening one meets the other friendly guests and the next day one starts sharing the adventure spirit with the lodge story tellers, spills and thrills. Relaxing lounge area with open fireplace, sofas and a library.
The Rooms

The Pub
K2 inspired exciting Bar or Pub menu enjoyed while listening to a very wide range of music played by international DJs or live music evey Friday night. On Monday night there is open-mic is run by pro-joe valllone with band members from the local ski bums community.
It is here where you also share your best turns with your ski buddies on our wide-screen after down-loading from your cameras and videos. Free, wireless internet access is available throughout the public area of the hotel. A terrace bar overlooking the mountain; a sheltered heated wooden deck for barbeque and aprés ski parties is also very popular especially on warmer evenings.
