CLASSIC SKI WEEK WITH GUIDE SERVICE

We are offering our popular classic ski week package for groups or for the independent skier’s
who would like guiding and lodging at an all inclusive price. Based on mixed groups with
1 Guide to 5 /max 6 Clients ratio.

We can easily adapt to the different levels of skiing and ability within the groups, since we will have several groups on the mountain each day. The Skiers Lodge Guide Service is willing to show riders what it considered to be the best lift access free riding in the world. All it takes is a spirit of adventure for you to share in the ultimate riding experience.

Each day all guides will attend a morning safety briefing and will provide full support in planning, safety and coordinating to ensure all have a successful day. If conditions are not ideal in La Grave, we use our mini buses to visit any one of the ten neighboring resorts with their own micro climates. All within 25 minutes to an hour’s drive by your guide. You may be guided to secret off-piste spots in La Grave, Alp d’Huez, Vaujany, Serre Chevalier, Mongenevre, Sestrierre, Claviere and Pragelato with their steeps, deeps and marvelous trees.

Our guide service may also propose a day or two ski touring during your ski week with us!

Price includes

PRICE INCLUDES:
  • Standard Room in (double) (twin) (triple) accommodation.
  • Lodge Accommodation –  Breakfast, 4 Course Evening Meal.
  • Guiding 6 Days Per Week by Certified Mountian Guide. (Guiding starts on Sunday).
  • Local Ground Transportation in La Grave and to other ski areas (Minibus).
  • Use of Avalanche Transceivers, Harness, Shovel, Backpack, Helmet.
NOT INCLUDED:
  • Lift Passes.
  • Off-Piste Insurance.
  • Valid Travel Insurance.
  • Transfers from/to Grenoble, Lyon and Geneve.
  • Additional cost of 25 EUR per person for TAXI from St Christophe to La Grave.
  • Single Occupancy (addition 50 euros per night) or 350 euro per week.

Terms & Conditions

Note: Valid travel insurance is recommended! Please check your emergency medical evacuation and repatriation insurance coverage policy for trip cancellation or interruption of ski holiday, for any reimburses of travel costs and ski package during your stay due to sickness or injury. In general a Carte Neige and a valid UK EHIC should be sufficient for most on-snow related accidents costs, but medical costs are not extensive and it should not be seen as a replacement for insurance cover.

All the mountain resque in the domain area of La Grave – La Meije is free of charges. If your guide and group decide to ski elsewhere to other surrounding ski area then La Grave i.e. ”Alp d’ Huez, Serre Chevalier, Montgenevre”. It is possible for an extra charge to the lift-pass fee — an off-piste insurance coverage! (A Carré/Carte Neige is instantly recognized by the French rescue and medical services and so any rescue costs incurred are automatically covered (i.e. you do not need to pay up front and claim back later).
