PRIVATE/PRO SKI WEEK’S AT SKIERS LODGE:

The “Private/pro” week is custom made for a group of friends that wish
to ski with less than 4 clients per guide and have their own group all exclusive.

The private/pro is also for the skier’s who wish to ski at high pace and are keen to experience steeper and more exposed terrain with lower ratio (guest per guide) within the group. It just makes it easier for the guide to manage smaller group and decision taking that might involve rope ascending, longer exposed ski touring and climbs depending on the risk and the seriousness of the route.

Your guide may also propose a day or two ski touring during your stay with us!

Option 1: Based on 1 Guide to 3 Clients Ratio.
The price is 1850 € per person per week sharing accommodation.

Option 2: Based on 1 Guide to 2 Clients Ratio.
The price is 2150 € per person per week sharing accommodation.

Option 3: Based on 1 Guide to 1 Clients Ratio.
The price is only on request and quote per person per week sharing accommodation.

There is an additional cost of 350 euro per week if you wish to have your own single room.

PRICE INCLUDES:

Standard Room in (double) (twin) (triple) accommodation.
Lodge Accommodation – Breakfast, 4 Course Evening Meal.
Guiding 6 Days Per Week by Certified Mountian Guide. (Guiding starts on Sunday).
Local Ground Transportation in La Grave and to other ski areas (Minibus).
Use of Avalanche Transceivers, Harness, Shovel, Backpack, Helmet.

NOT INCLUDED:

Lift Passes.
Off-Piste Insurance.
Valid Travel Insurance.
Transfers from/to Grenoble, Lyon and Geneve.
Additional cost of 25 EUR per person for TAXI from St Christophe to La Grave.
Single Occupancy (addition 50 euros per night) or 350 euro per week.

Terms & Conditions

Note: Valid travel insurance is recommended! Please check your emergency medical evacuation and repatriation insurance coverage policy for trip cancellation or interruption of ski holiday, for any reimburses of travel costs and ski package during your stay due to sickness or injury. In general a Carte Neige and a valid UK EHIC should be sufficient for most on-snow related accidents costs, but medical costs are not extensive and it should not be seen as a replacement for insurance cover.

All the mountain resque in the domain area of La Grave – La Meije is free of charges. If your guide and group decide to ski elsewhere to other surrounding ski area then La Grave i.e. ”Alp d’ Huez, Serre Chevalier, Montgenevre”. It is possible for an extra charge to the lift-pass fee — an off-piste insurance coverage! (A Carré/Carte Neige is instantly recognized by the French rescue and medical services and so any rescue costs incurred are automatically covered (i.e. you do not need to pay up front and claim back later).

Payment:
Payment of the deposit of 300 euro per person or the full payment for your ski vacation per person. Please fill in your name and the name of the group with date. The balance of the package price is due for payment 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Reserving your place confirms you have read and understood the terms and conditions!

We will hold your spot until you receive an email from us with a payment method ”SYSTEM PAY” by credit card!

Late bookings: if you are booking less than 6 weeks before you attend to come, we will do our best to fit you in. Full payment is then due on booking

Any cancellation must be made in writing and is subject to the following penalties:

– – 6 weeks before holiday commences: loss of deposit
4 – 6 weeks before holiday commences: 50% of quoted booking price
2 – 4 weeks before holiday commences: 75% of quoted booking price
0 – 2 weeks before holiday commences: 100% of quoted booking price

At 6 weeks before the trip, 100% deposit is required. This allows you to delay your initial deposit risk until closer to the trip date.
