La Grave is surrounded by micro-climates! A micro-climate is the climate of a small area that is different from the area around it. It may be warmer or colder, wetter or dryer, or more or less prone of getting more snow.
We have extended our succeful excursion trips with our guide-service to explore other secret off-piste spots in the Piedmont Region in Italy. The vans play important role of this concept and gives us flexibility of an early morning start to find the most optimal backcountry ski terrain. We cover huge terrain with big vertical drop. We are willing to drive lots of milages to find the most optimal backcountry ski terrain but try to avoid longer drive than one hour getting there and back! So, the idea to offer longer excursions trips from the La Grave with over night stay became a natural progress

We will have options to ski some of these resorts with their steeps, deeps and marvelous trees depending on the best weather and snow conditions.

The excursion road trip week is custom made for a group of friends that wish to have their own group all exclusive either with our private/pro with 1 guide to 4 clients ratio week or standard ski week with groups of 5/6max skier’s addition to the guide. Please fill in number of participants, couples or friends sharing accommodation, arrival and departure date and time. These groups need to be formed in advanced by the guests who wish to book!
